Module Flash

All your flash files at one central location within the system. You can simply manage your flash files with the Flash Module and then add these to your pages, articles or news reports.

The Flash view is divided into two columns;

In the left column, you will see;

  • Add a folder
  • More actions, see figure 3
  •  All Flash files
  •  Flash files
  • All subfolders present

In the right column, you will see;

  • Action buttons that allow you to;

    Filter/search flash files within the selected folder
    Add new flash files
    Edit selected video
    Delete selected video(s)
    Publish selected video(s)
    More actions, on selected video(s), see figure 4
  • Logout, button to logout

If you select a flash file, a summary appears at the bottom of the window containing the following information,

Actions on your folders

You can perform actions on your folders via the optionmore in the left column, figure 3;

  •   Edit Folder, change folder name, select standard template, apply template recursive
  •   Delete Folder, remove entire folder and content
  •   Change Folder Permissions, set rights of Sitebox users
  •   Duplicate Folder, duplicate entire folder and content
  •   Publish Folder Contents, publish entire folder and content
  •   Audit Log, overview of operations on the selected folder

Actions on your flash files

Chapter 11 of the basic training will teach you how to upload and apply flash files.

You can perform actions on the selected flash file via the option more in the right column.

  •   Rollback, version management, you can roll back changes to a previously saved version
  •   Change Permissions, awarding of rights or content can be: viewed, added, changed, removed, published or rights can be adjusted
  •   Change Scheduling, set date and time of flash file online/offline
  •   Change Accessibility, access settings; everyone, only registered users, certain groups
  •   Take Offline, take selected flash file(s) offline
  •   Duplicate, duplicate the selected flash file
  •   Audit Log, overview of operations of the selected flash file
